A Short Heading:

Rio Rancho parents (at selected schools) now have an easier way to pay for their children's meals at school...online! We have chosen to use an online service called MealTime Online (www.mymealtime.com) to provide parents the opportunity to make credit card deposits into their children's cafeteria account. Parents can also view the student's purchase history with this service.

Here are the steps to getting started with this service:

1. Create an MealTime Online parent account: Click on the "Create New Account" link and enter a UserName and Password that you will use to log into MealTime Online. The UserName and Password must be at least 6 characters in length.
   For example, UserName: jsmith Password: map2ku
2. Add your student(s):
   1. Log in to your MealTime Online account (use the UserName and Password you created in Step 1)
   2. Click on the "Add New Student" link
   3. Select New Mexico
   4. Click the "+" in front of "Rio Rancho Public Schools" and then click on your school
   5. Add your student by entering their First Name and Student ID. The student ID number can be found on your child's student ID badge. The system will only accept valid student ID numbers. If you do NOT know your child's student ID number, they must go to the front office to purchase a replacement ID for $3.00.
3. Make a deposit: Click on the "Make Deposit" link to make a deposit into a school account. Click on the "View Details" link next to your student's name to view their cafeteria account balance and purchase history.

Note: Online deposits are processed each night at 4:00am, and will be automatically reflected in the student's account according to the district's transfer schedule. Deposits made after 4:00am will be processed the following night at 4:00am.
